Hello beautiful people and souls,

Hope you’re all well wherever you are in the world.

Today I just want to talk about grief.

Navigating grief is a deeply personal journey. Your grief is as unique as your fingerprint, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. It’s okay to feel lost, to ache for what’s gone. Remember, there’s no timeline for grief. It’s a rollercoaster of emotions, each turn teaching resilience and strength. As you traverse this path, grant yourself grace. Allow space for tears, memories, and even laughter amidst the pain.

« Grief is the price we pay for love. » - Queen Elizabeth II
You loved, you will grieve and as unique as your love was, so is your grief.

Your grief is unique and there is no timeline. And no, you will not “get over” the death of your loved one, you will just learn to live alongside your grief. When I am being asked by a client “how long will I grieve Nadija”, my answer is “how long is your loved one going to be dead?”

Your grief is precious, and I have no intention in taking it away from you as it is what links you to your loved one. You just learn to navigate the rocky terrain that grief is.

To my cherished listeners, readers and clients, amidst the ache of missing your loved ones, know that you’re not alone. Embrace your unique journey, and in time, may healing gently find its way to your heart.

Remember, your grief is valid, heard, and witnessed; within this shared journey, empathy, motivation, and compassion illuminate the path toward healing.

Hope this post helps someone today and please do feel free to share as sharing is caring and you never know who needs to read or hear this today.

As always take care all.

With much love as always,
Nadija X
