Payment For Services: Payment by cash is accepted and is due at the end of each session/reading. If preferred, payment via Paypal, Revolut or bank transfer is also possible and must be received at least 24 hours before the session/reading. All packages must be paid in full upon booking or at the end of the first session. Payment for any online sessions or programmes or any email mini psychic reading can be made via PayPal, Revolut or bank transfer and must be received at least 24 hours before the session/reading. All purchases made on and from www.nbhypnotherapy-mindcoaching.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. Nadija Bajrami Strategic Hypnotherapist, Mind Coach & Psychic-Medium reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy: All appointments are subject to a 24 hour rescheduling/cancellation policy. Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of your consultation charge being applied. Cancellation MUST be notified via telephone, text message or email at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to attend or missed appointments will be charged at full price.
