If you want to change your external reality, focus on your internal world.

It’s as simple as that. As Susan Jeffers mentions it in her book Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway, “the path that needs changing is the one in your mind”.

It’s tempting to over-complicate life – to get caught up in the eternal loop of bigger, better and more. But there’s power in simplicity. I believe ‘everything starts from within’. It sounds painfully obvious, but when it clicks that your internal world shapes your external reality and not vice versa, it has the potential to radically raise your frequency, change who and what you attract and improve your wellbeing in general.

Working on your mind will help you create feel-good feelings, will raise your vibrations and as you will vibrate at a higher frequency, you will start creating the reality you want.

If we remember how powerful our mind is, we can shift our reality. Our feelings are also the compass showing us if we are on the right path or if we need to change something.

When I used to be in the corporate world, I was often physically sick, mentally drained and even depleted but I kept resisting, I kept pushing thinking that this was the path I was supposed to be on.

When life, The Universe, and the Spiritual Realms gave me a wakeup call and sent me to Ireland to become who I was always supposed to be, things drastically changed. When I work with my clients, I feel energized, full of life and most of all, I feel joy, an overwhelming joy, not only because I help them see the amazing beings they are, but also because for the first time in my life, I am doing what makes my heart sing. And it’s just priceless.

Hope this post inspires someone today to experiment with this and realize that it changes the game completely.

As always beautoful people and souls take care, saty safe and talk soon.
