Success is often measured by what we build, achieve, and accomplish.

But what happens when life forces us to stop and reconsider everything?

After undergoing three brain surgeries, I found myself questioning the life I had built, the path I was following, and what truly mattered. That experience would eventually lead me from corporate sales leadership into work supporting people through trauma, grief, loss, and life’s most profound transitions.

I was recently interview by Antonette Oloo, Founder of the She Owns Success (SOS) platform and what a pleasure to be a guest on her podcast!

In this powerful conversation, I share why grief has no timeline, how trauma can continue shaping our lives long after the original event, and why healing is often far messier than people expect.

I also reflect on some of the most profound lessons I have learned from supporting people at the end of life.

Thanks again to my amazing host Antonette!

Happy listening all and do feel free to get in touch should you have any questions.

Take care all.

With much love as always,
