In the process of healing, you’re letting go of the burden that was unfairly placed on your shoulders and reclaiming the parts of yourself that have always been whole, resilient, and strong. 
 
Healing is a journey of empowerment. It’s not about erasing the past but about freeing yourself from its grip. As you heal, you step into your own power, releasing the hurt, and embracing the person you are beyond the pain. You deserve peace, joy, and the ability to move forward with hope and love.
