The Power In Having A Regular Gratitude Practice!

I was tidying a few things up this weekend and I came to open a box with all my gratitude journals to date. A few years back, I started writing five things I am grateful for each and every evening and yes there are quite a few gratitude journals full of things I feel blessed about! My constant gratitude practice has been a true game changer for me!
